Jason has spent more than 25 years building in these mountains and still holds his North Carolina contractor’s license. He sees homes and land through a builder’s lens — drainage, structure, slope, long-term durability — not just finishes.

Shannon grew up here — her family roots in Haywood County go back nine and ten generations. She understands what draws people to this area because she’s lived it.
